Vita Italian-Style Pilsner
A crisp Italian-Style Pilsner similar to Peroni. Like Peroni we brewed this beer with 25% corn and a touch of corn sugar to lighten the body. This light-colored pilsner is perfectly balanced with a soft maltiness that supports a nice spicy Saphir finish. Expect notes of bright herbal citrus and currant. Tap Date 7/31 11°P IBU 28 ABV 4.6%
$4.5/$715th Anniversary Ale-Wine Hybrid (6oz)
A unique beer brewed to honor 15 years of Wrecking Bar Brewpub! Brewed with 50% Wheat Beer, 30% Gose, and 20% Chilean Sauvignon Blanc Wine grapes. This beer blends the perfect balance between a light refreshing wheat beer and a glass of crisp white wine. ABV 6.0%
$5WB Chronic THoniC
WB house tonic water enhanced with extracts: 2.5 mg THC, 2.5 mg CBG, 50 mg Lion’s Mane
$10Beer Flavored Vienna Lager (0.5L Stein)
Our take on a traditional Vienna-Style lager. Brewed with a blend of Vienna, Munich & Pilsner malts, expect a toasty and dry lager base with a subtle caramel finish. A smooth noble hop bitterness provides contrast to the malt base. Boy, does it taste like beer! Tap date 4/8 13.8°P IBU 30 ABV 5.7%
$4.5/$7Juice Willis: That’s Between Y’all IPA
This new batch of Juice Willis is hopped with Azacca & Mosaic Incognito, Strata & Nelson Sauvin. We utilized biotransformation technique in the brewing process to fully showcase the hop aromas and flavors. Expect intense tropical flavors and a refreshing pine and citrus aroma! Tap Date 8/5 13.6°P IBU 60 ABV 6.5% FLIGHT No 4
$5/$7.5Shadow Twin India Brown Ale
A collaboration brew with our friend, Eddie, from Ale Yeah! An ancient style of beer forgotten by the sheep, this hoppy brown ale certainly delivers a yearning for the past. A classic American Brown ale that is aggressively hopped with Nugget, Willamette, Chinook, & Columbus hops. Hints of caramel, brown sugar, and toast are highlighted through the hoppy notes of dank and bold grapefruit. Enjoy this throwback style! Tap Date 6/3 15.1°P IBU 98 ABV 5.9% FLIGHT No 5
$5/$7.5Lucidity Cold IPA
A Cold IPA is an IPA brewed with lager yeasts at colder temperatures, creating a crisp, drinkable yet generously hopped India Pale Ale. We brewed ours with Amarillo CO2 extract, Columbus, Amarillo, & Amarillo LUPOMAX. Expect a West Coast IPA dryness and bitterness with bold hop flavor that lingers and lingers. This complex hop flavor includes bold pine, dank pineapple, stone fruit, and pungent citrus zest. Tap Date 6/3 15.2°P IBU 87 ABV 6.7%
$5/$7.5Double Rainbros Raspberry Sherbet Sour Ale (10oz)
Hey, bro! Hope you like raspberry and lime, we’re gonna give it to ya! The imperial version of one our favorite kettle sours, this behemoth features over 300 pounds of fresh raspberry purée, vanilla, and a touch of lactose to smooth it out. ABV 8.1% FLIGHT No 6
$8First of May Maibock
Maibock delights in malt, specifically Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna. This trio create a profile that is pale in color, yet rich with notes of honey, and firm white bread crust. We love hops too, so into the boil we tossed Hallertau Mittelfruhs, and Hallertau Blanc for a mildly bitter profile abundant in dank lemon zest, white wine, and spring herbs. Tap date 5/8 15.2°P ABV 6.8%
$4.5/$7Tip of the Cap English Mild (20oz)
There are 11 different grains and sugars in this beer, giving it the similar complexity of a Barleywine grain bill. Very faint nuances of dark fruit, caramel, toffee, chocolate, and coffee, with just enough earthy English hops for balance. Tap Date 5/3 8.78°P IBU 14 ABV 3.4%
$5.5Glasgow’s Finest Scottish Light (20oz)
A Scottish Light carries very similar characteristics to that of a Wee Heavy, just not as big or as bold. Our version uses a hefty amount of Briess Extra Special Roast malt which carries dominant notes of wood, burnt caramel sugar, toast marshmallow, and dry raisins. Tap Date 5/19 10.2°P IBU 18 ABV 3.4%
$6Better Call Paul Kölsch (0.2L Stange)
Our 3rd generation, this pale golden ale/lager hybrid associated with the city of Köln, Germany, uses the lightest German Koln & Heidelberg malts. With enough hops for balance, the result is a very light, crisp beer. Tap Date 6/19 11.5°P IBU 21 ABV 4.8% FLIGHT No 1
$2Beta Todd Helles Lager (0.5L Stein)
A traditional Munich Helles brewed with 100% Weyerman malts. This delicious lager has a subtle sweetness to it that is accompanied by a predominate malty flavor that exhibits toasted, bread-like characteristics. Hallertau Mittlefruh, Hallertau Hersbrucker, Tettnanger hops all play a small role in balancing this quaffable German Lager delight! Prost! Tap Date 7/17 9.7 °P IBU 25 ABV 4.8%
$4.5/$7La Fleur Saison
Our yearly addition to our Saison series. This years' batch was fermented using a French Strain and brewed with a large amount of unmalted rye which give it soft notes of pepper and spice. Higher fermentation temperatures help present a complex fruity ester profile with distinct floral notes with earthy/herbaceous undertones. Tap Date 6/19 13.2°P IBU 29 ABV 5.8% FLIGHT No 2
$4.5/$7Tampa Timeshare Watermelon-Mint Gose (13oz Stange)
Our house Gose, with prominent wheat grain aroma and body. This beer has a unique twist being conditioned on Georgia watermelons and fresh mint. Crisp and refreshing. Tap Date 6/19 11.3°P IBU 10 ABV 4.5% FLIGHT No 3
$6Casa Bonita Mexican Lager
This beer features a combination of Pilsner and Heritage malts as well as flaked corn, providing notes of toasted bread, soft caramel, and subtle graininess. Tap Date 6/9 11.6°P IBU 20 ABV 5.1%
