Our Spirits
Gramling Woods® Checkerboard Bourbon Whiskey
Bourbon
We call this flavorful bourbon “Checkerboard” because it is distilled from a mash containing varieties of red corn and Florida 401 (Black) Rye. This combination of malted grain yields a smooth, sweet bourbon with a spicy finish
GRAMLING WOODS® RYE MALT WHISKEY
Whiskey
Winner of the prestigious Double Gold Medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Gramling Woods Rye Malt Whiskey is distilled from a mash of 60% malted rye, 25% pecan smoked malted barley and 15% malted corn. It is then aged in an old church built in 1895. It is mashed, distilled, aged, and bottled on site by Tarpon Springs Distillery. Come try a true craft whiskey!
PAPOU’S® OUZO
Ouzo
Winner of three gold medals at the ADI Judging of Craft Spirits in 2020, including Best in Category and Best in Class. Papou’s Ouzo is made the traditional Greek way, with no added sugar. The traditional black licorice flavor comes from anise and fennel seed and is present from the very beginning. Once you put it on ice, it turns cloudy and releases the supporting cast of flavors: cinnamon, coriander, and orange zest. From that point forward, every sip is different, like opening presents on Christmas morning. Yum!
ANCLOTE® AQUAVIT
Aquavit
Winner of the Aquavit Category at the 2022 ADI World Spirits Competition. Our recipe dates to the 16th century, with a few modern twists. Aquavit can be flavored with carraway, dill or both. We use both, then we throw a couple of curve balls. We add corned beef spice, and use a rye-based mash. All those things add up to a spirit that tastes kind of like a Reuben sandwich in a bottle. You need to try it to understand why Aquavit has been a favorite in Scandinavia for almost 500 years
ANCLOTE® CONCH SHELL RUM
Rum
Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2023 New York Wine and Spirit Competition. This is a Bahamian style rum with a twist. We use a yeast commonly used for cachaca, which gives it a butterscotch and plantain finish. No, this product doesn’t contain shellfish. We named it Conch Shell to honor the early spongers from The Bahamas and Key West, many of whom died and were buried in graves in the Rose Hill Cemetery, marked only with a conch shell. We donate a portion of the proceeds from every bottle to the Rose Cemetery Foundation
GRAMLING WOODS® HIGH RYE MOONSHINE
Moonshine
Winner of multiple Gold Medals, including Best in Category at the 2022 ADI World Spirits Competition. Gramling Woods High Rye Moonshine is a triple malted grain moonshine that is pot distilled, just like in the mountains of Appalachia. This 100-proof moonshine will surprise you with its smooth, mellow flavor. We substitute it for vodka for smoother, more flavorful cocktails
GUACO LOCO®
Specialty Spirits
Who designs a spirit to taste like a tortilla chip with guacamole? We do, that’s who! Guaco Loco is distilled from a corn mash with cumin seeds, avocado, jalapeno and lime zest. We use it as a substitute for tequila in our “Guacaritas”. Once you go Loco, you’ll never go back
CLARESSO®
Claresso
This one-of-a-kind spirit is distilled from a coffee mash. We add 24 pounds of espresso grind coffee to a grain and sugar mash and let it ferment. Then we run it through the still, grounds and all, to produce this clear coffee spirit. We substitute it for both vodka and coffee liqueur in our espresso martinis and other coffee-forward cocktails
ANCLOTE® DAVID DOUGLAS GIN
Gin
Some people think gin has a piney taste. We didn’t think it was piney enough, so we created Anclote David Douglas Gin. We use four simple ingredients – juniper, coriander, rosemary and Douglas Fir pine needles – to create a complex, flavorful gin. It is great in a variety of cocktails, but really shines in a simple gin and tonic
