Our coffee is sourced from fellow St. Petersburg artisans, Savage Coffee, whose renowned Geisha varietal is cultivated exclusively on their single-estate farm. Through their proprietary Savage Symmetry Process, the coffee develops remarkable fruit expression and layered complexity while preserving extraordinary clarity and balance. Nestled high above the rainforest, Savage Coffee’s estates are among the world’s most celebrated shade-grown coffee farms. Their volcanic, nutrient-rich soils, cool cloud-covered climate, and extreme elevations create ideal conditions for producing coffees of exceptional character and distinction. Originally created as one of the signature cocktails at our 31 South Speakeasy, this Espresso Martini quickly became a guest favorite. Today, we bottle it exactly as we serve it behind the bar allowing you to enjoy a true craft cocktail at home, prepared by mixologists who also happen to work with distillers. Each bottle yields approximately 7½ cocktails. Our whiskey is distilled in-house and aged on-site in the Florida climate, where the warmth encourages exceptional interaction between spirit and barrel, creating remarkable depth and character. Nothing says Sunshine State-authentic like real Florida oranges. That’s what we start with when we make Tippler’s Orange Liqueur. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 52 Proof 26% ABV. NOSE: Candied Orange , Apricots followed by a hint of peppermint and slight smoked Oak which gradually envelops the glass and your nostrils. PALATE: It’s exactly what it smells like but with a deep Orange candy surrounding the peppermint and Oak almost hiding them.

Our Tippler’s Reserve is aged in Ex-Bourbon barrels for a minimum of 2 years, then blended with 5-year aged Bourbon. This spirit is a unique blend of citrus, smoke, and a hint of rye spiciness. You will never look at an old-fashioned the same way after you make one with this Florida treat. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 70 Proof | 35% ABV. NOSE: Light citrus layered with oak and vanilla and just a faint hint of rye pepperiness. PALATE: Sweet citrus and oak, with hints of caramel and chocolate with just a hint of pepper in the finish.

The Banyan tree arrived in Florida when Harvey Firestone gave his friend Thomas Edison one as a gift. These gorgeous, sprawling trees hold a special place in the heart of our hometown, and inspired our Banyan Reserve Vodka. Made from 100% American corn, it has a robust, full flavor that includes a fresh, crisp corn sweetness and a long finish that drinks well neat, on the rocks or in a great cocktail. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 80 Proof 40% ABV. NOSE: Crisp and clean with delicate corn sweetness and a touch of roasted grain. PALATE: Robust, complex, full flavor with a hint of corn sweetness and a long finish.

Base rum is distilled from raw Florida own Cane Sugar. Flavored with natural coconut. Round and rich coconut flavor with a hint of vanilla, floral sweetness with a long complex finish. Perfect for island cocktails or by itself over ice. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 70 PROOF / 35% ABV. NOSE: Delicate vanilla and sugar sweetness with full, creamy and rich coconut notes. PALATE: A round, rich coconut flavor with a hint of vanilla, a touch of floral notes and a long, complex finish.

Our Righteous Rum & Spice is a full-flavored sipping rum. The base rum is distilled from raw Florida-grown cane sugar from Okeechobee and blended with raw dark amber honey, natural vanilla extract, and cassia bark. This rum gives a strong dose of nutmeg and baking spice on the pallet combined with a hint of nuttiness. It’s perfect in a mule, with apple juice, warm or cold apple cider, in a coquito, as a floater in your favorite tropical drink, or just by itself over ice. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 86 Proof 43% ABV. NOSE: A full, rich vanilla aroma with cinnamon, dried oranges, a touch of leather, honey sweetness & baking spices. PALATE: A round, complex, full-bodied rum with delicate sweetness, toffee, vanilla, raisins & a hint of smoke.

Blend of a minimum 4-year aged Corn Whiskey and a 7-year aged Corn Whiskey. The finished blend contains approximately 15% rye. Smoked Appalachian oak chips are added to the barrels during the aging process to give an added depth of complexity to this spirit. The result is a full-bodied whiskey with a beautiful balance of corn sweetness, vanilla, and smoky notes. Perfect for the professional or casual whiskey drinker. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 88 Proof 44% ABV. NOSE: Inviting notes of oak and toffee then transforming into dried fruit, baking spices, and touched with a hint of smoke. PALATE: An initial oak characteristic woven in with baking spices and brown sugar then moving into a strong, creamy vanilla finish that lingers on the palate.

An exquisite vodka crafted with the finest rye and wheat along with the purest water, small batch distilled in handmade copper pot stills with superior attention to the finest details. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 80 Proof 40% ABV. NOSE: Initial clean aroma then opens to a warm and inviting feel while hinting at some spice and character beyond the ordinary vodka. PALATE: This polite spirit presents sweet characteristics with light fruit notes and a touch of vanilla while coating the palate offering a smooth mouthfeel.

This combination of 11 botanicals was thoughtfully chosen to find a balance between sophisticated gin and casual tropical drinking. The tropical fruit and green florals complement the juniper berries, making a thought-provoking contemporary style gin. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 90 Proof 45% ABV. NOSE: Initial burst of bright tropic fruit followed with notes of juniper and juicy citrus. The nose is filled with green florals offering a fresh feel. PALATE: A bold palate that is a balance of juniper and tropical fruit with a twist of citrus. Light heat creeping in at the end warming the palate while still offering a smooth mouthfeel.

Creating this Orange Style Gin was not an easy task, especially while ensuring it was made naturally, free of colors and flavors, but the outcome is remarkable. This London Dry Orange Gin is a tale of two cities, imagine a Royal Guard on the beautiful Florida beaches. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 86 Proof 43% ABV. NOSE: First there is a wave of orange components, both zest and jam-like, then as that wave settles juniper and traditional London Dry components come forth. PALATE: The orange, a balance of both bitter and sweet, is constant through the palate while different London Dry Gin components appear throughout the tasting, juniper, angelica, and cardamom.
