The Hot Honey Gabagool
(RE) INTRODUCING, THE HOT HONEY GABAGOOL!!! First, we stretch out a “00” Dough ball and layer it with shredded mozzarella. THEN comes the Gabagool. We layer thin slices of the capicola until your pizza is covered. We sprinkle crumbled gorgonzola, fresh mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, and a little oregano evenly across the entire pizza. We give it a drizzle of EVOO and toss that baby in the oven! After baking your pizza to its charred perfection, we DRIZZLE Datil Sting Hot Honey and garnish with fresh basil
