1/3 lb each of two meats + two sides

Texas Trinity

1⁄2 lb each brisket, ribs, plus one sausage and two sides

Dino Beef Rib

beef rib (~ 1.25 lbs), chimichurri, + two sides

Meats, smoked Low & Slow

1/2 Pound of smoked meat with fresh bread or potato bun & pickle, onion, BBQ sauce on the side

Prime Brisket (certified black angus)

Central Texas style brisket smoked for 12+ hours. Our pride and joy, black gold!

Spare Ribs

Five hour slow smoked to perfection. Tender, juicy and fall off the bone. How ribs should be!

Orange-Glazed Burnt Ends

Cubed pork belly slowly smoked to perfection and layered in our sweet orange glaze

Sausage

House-made, cool smoked, plump and juicy. Served with bread slice, pickle & red onions

Pulled Pork

Texas style pork butt smoked, seasoned, and finished off overnight basked in its own juices

Turkey Breast

Not your average Thanksgiving Turkey! Smoked for four hours providing the most flavorful, juiciest bird you've ever had
