Growing up my mother Norma made, in my own opinion better food than anyone or any restaurant I ever ate at. One of her specialties was an amazing flan she would make on special occasions. The flan was always so creamy and dense and the caramel was always perfect. After asking her, she shared her famous recipe with me and wrote it down on scrap piece of paper which I still cherish today. Over the course of five years, I made many changes to her recipe until I came up with my best flan variant. Everyone’s first reaction would be”Oh my Goodness, this is the best flan I have ever tasted, you should sell this stuff”. Well after getting that same reaction from everyone, I gave it a lot of thought and talked about it to my family. At the end of 2015 I decided it was time to share my flan with the world and started Niaddi LLC. which is a play on my wife and children’s names. My passion will provide for my family but my debt is to my Mother. I love you Mom, I dedicate this to you

I absolutely love this flan! To say it is the best is an understatement. I ordered one for my daughter’s confirmation this weekend. Joe made a special topping for us & OMG we ate it so fast after dinner & breakfast the next morning. Needless to say it is a huge flan. My family absolutely thought it was a dessert from heaven. Being born and raised in Tampa, i have always appreciated good flan. Not only for the flavor but the understanding of the time and patience it takes to make a good flan. Joe has blown it out of the water. I would like to say absolutely the best, but my mom is still alive. However, i must say they are neck and neck. My husband had a small piece of this flan at a party. He is a flan aficionado of sorts and was blown away. He requested it a few weeks later as his only father’s day gift! Again it was absolutely delicious!!! I on the other hand, am not a fan of flan and I must admit it was awesome. The flavor and texture are wonderful!!

I have never liked flan. I politely taste different flans that are served, but have never changed my mind. I assumed you have to grow up with it to appreciate it I have been converted. So I heard about how good this was, and I was skeptical. Ive had a lot of flan. Just about any you can buy store-bought pre-made. Plus many great home made But I gotta say this just hits the mark in so many ways. I’d say it’s all in that perfect creamy texture not too light or eggy, not to heavy or thick. Just right melt in your mouth creamy. But that doesn’t fully cover the experience. The flavor, the sweetness, more than that the love and the pride poured into these molds comes though. It’s worth a try for sure. But your gonna want more. Be prepared for an addiction you didn’t know you needed It’s like your favorite bakery or favorite donut shop, you when you gotta give in to that craving so you make a special trip. Or if you hadn’t been craving it but find yourself nearby… you gotta stop an pick one up

The BEST flan I have ever tasted. The textures and flavor are both amazing. I asked for a coconut flan with his specialty guava and key lime paste topping. All I could say is that it was hard for me to save some for later. Lol
