Tender, juicy chicken thigh chopped and seasoned, offering a flavor perfect for any palate

Half Chicken

Smoked half chicken served with our white sauce on the side. We use a Springer Mountain Farms No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) whole chicken. That means no growth hormones or steroids to inflate the weight. We brine these in a buttermilk solution and smoke it until its beyond done. We're talking internal temps of 180°F and 190°F degrees in both the breast and thigh respectively.
