Florida Lager w/ Citrus. Looming over I-4 in Altamonte Springs, the “Majesty Building” has become an Orlando icon nearly as recognizable as the swans of Lake Eola. Like the unfinished 18 story building, we painstakingly took our time designing and hand crafting the ideal lager with just the right amount of refreshing citrus. The result is a beer so good you won't want to finish it

American Light Lager. Wolf Shirt Lager is a light American lager - a clean, crisp "beer-flavored" beer. It's tradition that our brewers wear wolf shirts (if anything at all) while brewing this American classic which is rumored to imbue the brew with the spirit of the Three Wolf Moon. Hear the call, drink with caution. We use floor-malted pilsner malt and flaked corn to give Wolf Shirt a light body and pale color. Just enough hops are added to provide balance and give the beer a smooth aroma and clean, refreshing flavor

Hefeweizen. Conquerors of jagged cliffs and courageous climbs deserve nothing less than delicious, crushable brews. Frankie Rock is our sessionable take on a Bavarian-style Hefeweizen that radiates bountiful notes of ripe banana, spicy clove, and flourishes of sweet bubblegum. A roaring, frothy head sits atop a heavenly haze that roils its soft and crisp body. The silky mouthfeel soothes with a sigh of wheaty goodness and finishes with a gentle nudge to have another

IPA - Hazy

Pale Ale. Who needs bait when you've got beer? An homage to one of our beloved patrons, MikeChuck is a beer best enjoyed while basking in the serene quietude of a lake, with a fishing pole in one hand and a beer in the other. This easy-drinking pale ale has wakatu and mandarin bavaria hops that add floral notes of mandarin orange and freshly zested lime. A balanced blend of malts complements the hops, creating a crisp, refreshing finish. Whether you end up with a bucket full of fish or just empty cans, MikeChuck is a good catch

American Pale Ale. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. In collaboration with local apparel brand and leather goods shop, Freehand Goods, we brewed a highly drinkable west coast style APA. Our take on this American classic boasts a soft honey hue and a moderate bitterness. Characterized by refreshing notes of flowering citrus and punchy pine, this classic ale is an easy Florida afternoon crusher. Sit back, relax, and Stay Here Forever

DDH New England IPA. Can you taste the opacity? Dripping in sticky resin and drowning in bright, bitter fruit flavor, this DDH NEIPA is ascendantly swampy, intensely flavored, and as soft as crushed velvet. Dive into the murk and be transported. Resistance is futile

Black IPA

Double IPA w/Orange Blossom Honey. Our flagship New England style Double IPA brewed with a massive amount of orange blossom honey produced by two million hard working bees. Grounded in a foundation of our favorite English heritage malt, and intensively hopped, then double dry hopped, each glass greets you with pungent tropical fruit and hints of resinous pine, balanced by sweet robust malt, and a beautiful silky texture. Packed full of flavor, but deliciously drinkable, this is the perfect DIPA to create a buzz in any crowd

Florida Weisse w/Passion Fruit, Vanilla, Mangosteen. Who will win the baby of the year? Weighing in the 6.7 ABV percentile, Bart Harley Jarvis has an aggressively tart bite and a wildly carbonated body. Made with heaps of juicy mangosteen, tart passionfruit, and smooth vanilla beans, this tropical Florida Weisse is dangerously delicious and good enough to make your taste buds turn bad to the bone. Imperial Sour w/ Dragon & Paw Paw Fruit. Double Dragon Paw pays homage to its origin; an epic tale of two fruits that join together to battle the relentless swampy Florida heat. Brewed with double the fruit of its predecessor, this Florida Weisse style sour ale glows with formidable, fiery hot pink intensity. Vibrant notes of mango, pineapple, kiwi, watermelon, and banana bleed through the brew with a refreshingly tart, fruitful bite.
