Märzen. Named for Bonita Spring's Everglades Wonder Gardens, our traditional Oktoberfest style Marzen is brewed with German hops, malts and yeast. Blended with a mixture of German Pilsen, Vienna and Munich malts, this beer has a nice malty backbone and clean finish. We hope you enjoy our version, we loved the additional body this brew brings

Pale Ale - American. Pelagic is a West Coast–style American Pale Ale inspired by life on the open water. Brewed with a classic dry finish and heavily hopped with Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe from first wort through dry hop, it delivers firm bitterness, pine, and bright citrus—clean, refreshing, and built for long days chasing fish and easy evenings back at the dock

Kölsch. Originally brewed in collaboration with Ankrolab Brewing Co., Lutra Lagoon puts a unique spin on the traditional Kölsch. Brewed with Cumberland Pilsner malt and fermented with a blend of Kölsch yeast and Lutra Kveik, it pours light and crisp with a soft malt character and a touch of residual sweetness. Clean fermentation and subtle fruity notes round out an easy-drinking, refreshing finish

Stout - Russian Imperial. This decadent imperial stout leans heavily into maple character, having been aged in bourbon barrels that previously held real maple syrup. Bold aromas of maple candy, vanilla, and oak lead into flavors of rich maple sweetness, dark chocolate, toffee, and roasted malt

Scotch Ale. This beer dates back to the construction days here at CMBC, when it was created alongside the Chubby Goat and quickly became a favorite of ours. This Scottish-style Wee Heavy is brewed with Golden Promise, Red X, Biscuit and other specialty malts, then paired with Vietnamese Medium Roast coffee beans from our neighbors at Grumpy Goat Coffee. Roasted right across the parking lot from our taproom, the beans are roughly crushed and added to the fermenter after primary fermentation. We hope you enjoy one of our earliest creations and our first collaboration offering!

Cream Ale. Designed to be a thirst quenching Summer crusher. If you like something sweet and yet semi-dry, this beer might just be for you

Blonde. Violet Sunshine is a blueberry fruited Blonde ale that is violet in color from the real fruit added to the fermenter. This is a beer forward beer with light blueberry on the nose and palate

Stout - Irish Dry. Pouring deep black with a creamy tan head, Emerald Fluke delivers notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and toasted bread crust, finishing crisp, smooth, and endlessly drinkable. Inspired by the Emerald Isle and a little Florida good fortune, this Dry Irish Stout blends Irish tradition with the coastal spirit of Bonita Springs. Like landing the fish of a lifetime when you least expect it, Emerald Fluke is proof that sometimes the best things happen by chance

Red Ale - American Amber. A smooth, malt-forward red ale inspired by traditional Irish Reds with just a touch of American character. Layers of toasted bread crust, light caramel, and subtle toffee lead the way, backed by a gentle earthy hop presence that keeps the finish crisp and balanced. Ruby in color with an easy-drinking body, this ale delivers classic pub-style comfort with a slightly brighter, more modern edge

IPA - New Zealand. Named after a town in New Zealand, this Hazy IPA is brewed with all New Zealand hops along with a bit of magic in the mash. The grain bill is also slightly different than most Hazy IPAs which makes this beer light in color but big on flavor

IPA - New England. Based on our very popular Cohesion recipe, this version explores alternative hop products and techniques to enhance the hazy IPA experience. Experimental beers can be divisive—some discover something they enjoy even more, while others find themselves wishing for a return to the original recipe. That’s part of the fun of experimenting with a beer people already know and love

IPA - American. This IPA is akin to the heydays of West Coast IPAs but with less of that punch in the mouth bitterness and more of the flavor. Traditional first wort hopping and an initial bittering charge but with an emphasis on later flavor and aroma + whirlpool hopping

IPA - Imperial. This Beer is the brain child of Mike Dean, who allowed us to brew this throw back West Coast IPA. On the palate, this beer is a powerful expression of American hops. The intense bitterness (100+ IBU) takes center stage, with layers of pine, resin, and citrus bitterness followed by subtle tropical fruit and Piney undertones. The malt backbone, rich with caramel and bready sweetness, supports the bold hop presence, offering just enough smoothness to temper the bitterness without overpowering it. A light residual sweetness and bitterness lingers in the finish, leaving behind a satisfying aftertaste. We believe this beer makes the Dean's List

Sour - Fruited. Back with changes based on your feedback. Our passion fruited Sour is now much more sour than before, with delightful aromas of passion fruit coupled with the flavor of passion fruit and that strong tart finish is sure to satisfy

Gluten-Free. Named with a playful nod to an iconic ‘80s rock ballad, this one was brewed as the little brother to our wildly popular raspberry lemonade, I Wanna Be Like Mike. We wanted to give our non-beer drinkers another refreshing option — but we also made a conscious choice not to play the seltzer or cider game. Instead, this is our own unique creation: a naturally fermented limeade with a burst of cherry sweetness that hits all the right notes and finishes bright, tart, and refreshing

Gluten-Free. Named with a little tongue in cheek humor after a certain nationwide hard lemonade producer and the 1990's Gatorade ad campaign with Michael Jordan, this beverage is actually nothing like either of those things. This is our take on a hard hitting raspberry lemonade that also happens to be gluten free
