Made with some the finest grapes available, 18 months in French oak, created a truly remarkable wine. Flavors of red cassis concentrated blueberry and chocolate. The wine finishes with a bit of spice from the French oak, accentuated by gorgeous berry tones and smooth tannins

We named our Baco Noir "Dragging Canoe" to pay tribute to the Cherokee people and the Chief for whom our winery is named. Harvested in mid-July, this is a bright red wine with fresh acidity and aromas of cherries We crafted this in a lighter style—at 12% alcohol, it is as close as you can get to a Georgia-produced Pinot Noir. It is ready to enjoy now, ideally slightly chilled (around 55°) with your favorite cheeses or flatbreads, but it will also cellar beautifully
